The company has highly trained man power to operate the units. Every filtration engineer of the company is trained for brine preparation, turbidity check, trouble shooting of the units including repair of the valves which ensure uninterrupted unit operation at remote locations. It is mandatory that all the engineers have valid license for HUET, Sea Survival, Fire Fighting and FirstAid.

The Brines Can Be Filtered To 1 Micron Using

  • DE Filters: For coarse filtration of heavy brines
  • Bag Filters: For coarse filtration of low-density brine
  • Cartridge Filters: For polishing to required NTU

BINARINA DUAL VESSEL SKID is used for brine filtration for purification down up to ONE MICRON. For brine with heavier contamination, the skid can be used in conjunction with bag filters, which carry out the upstream coarse filtration.

Filtration media is polypropylene pleated cartridge with large filtration area and high dirt holding capacity.

Series/parallel piping manifold in the skid facilitates pre and final filtration in single pass.
